What is included in a standard barndominium floor plan?
Our standard plans include detailed floor layouts, exterior elevations, foundation plans, roof framing guides, and electrical schematics. Note that structural engineering stamps for specific local codes are not included.
How will I receive my plans after purchase?
All plans are delivered digitally via email in high-resolution PDF format immediately after your payment is processed. You can print these at any local print shop in standard architectural sizes.
Can I request modifications to an existing plan?
Yes, we offer custom modification services. Contact our design team with the plan name and your desired changes, and we will provide a quote for the adjustment fee.
What is your return policy on digital downloads?
Due to the digital nature of our architectural designs, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. We recommend reviewing the floor plan previews carefully before purchase.
Are these plans compliant with my local building codes?
Our plans are designed to meet general national building standards. However, because local codes, soil conditions, and snow loads vary by region, we recommend having a local engineer or contractor review the plans before construction.
Do you offer physical blueprints by mail?
To keep costs low and delivery instant, we primarily offer digital files. However, we can provide a physical print-and-ship service for an additional fee upon special request.
